Lisa is a credentialed career coach and trainer, and principal of Creative Leadership Coaching, which specializes in career development and career transition coaching for conscious professionals. She regularly facilitates workshops and coaches candidates in life purpose and career vision, personal branding, bio and resume or CV development, networking, and interviewing. She also supports clients who wish to create social or ethical businesses in developing developing business and marketing plans. Her purpose is support clients in making a good living and life while making the world a better place.
Prior to founding Creative Leadership Coaching, Lisa was a high technology executive, leading product development, marketing, program management, operations, customer support and process improvement initiatives. She has taught courses in Leadership Communications, Marketing, International Marketing, Services Marketing, Operations Management, and other topics. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies, an MBA with Distinction from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, summa cum laude, from Coleman College. She holds a certificate in coaching from the International Coach Academy and the Associate Credentialed Coach credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
